Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, file customs declarations on your behalf and keep you updated on shipment status. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except where a customs authority, carrier or regulator requires it to complete your shipment.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are commercially useful. Customs documentation is retained for the statutory period.
