These terms apply to services provided by Bravex Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
Scope of services
We act as an Authorised Customs Broker and as a freight and transportation coordinator. Quotations are based on the cargo details, documentation and timelines you supply. Where those details change, charges may change with them.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the commercial and regulatory documentation you provide, including invoices, packing lists, licences and product certifications. We verify what we can, but declarations rest on the information you give us.
Charges
Duties, taxes, port charges, demurrage, detention and statutory fees are payable by you at actuals. Our service fees are quoted separately.
Liability
Cargo moves subject to the terms of the contracting carrier and, where applicable, the limits set out in the governing convention or bill of lading. We recommend arranging appropriate marine or transit insurance for every consignment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Faridabad, Haryana.
